Working Hours

Constellation optimizes the working schedules of Compass employees, helping you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Ad hoc shifts Mon - Fri. Cold food experience and safety shoes are essential.

Main Responsibilities for Catering Assistants

• Being polite, prompt, and friendly to colleagues and guests
• Communicating effectively to ensure smooth delivery
• Following guidance from lead chef and/or room manager to maximize team performance
• Taking pride in your work and adhering to standards
• Seeking to improve knowledge, skills, and personal performance
• Complying with health & safety, food safety, allergens, hygiene, manual handling, and COSHH policies
• Taking responsibility for personal health and safety
• Wearing PPE as required
• Enjoying your work, smiling, and having fun!
