Join the Spicerhaart Training Academy and kickstart your journey to becoming a fully qualified Lettings Negotiator. haart Estate Agents in Bristol are growing their team and looking for a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to come on board!

As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Bristol, you will receive:

  • £28000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Bristol:

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings

  • Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
