Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual for the role of Sales Adviser at butters john bee in Sandbach. This position involves canvassing and prospecting for new business, ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Adviser, you will be instrumental in generating new business, expanding market share, and representing our Estate Agency in Sandbach.

What You'll Receive:
  • £25,000 basic salary

Training Program:
  • One-week training at the Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Industry-leading training sessions
  • Day-to-day learning from industry experts

  • Follow-up week at the L&D Centre within first 5-6 weeks
Role Impact:
  • Achieve and exceed business targets
  • Manage valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
  • Engage with valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
  • Participate in call campaigns for property sales
  • Prepare for daily Morning Meetings with updates
  • Lead canvassing strategies, track leads, and utilize ROSIE effectively
  • Conduct daily 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Manage portal opportunities through Rightmove and On The Market
  • Respond to intranet leads promptly
  • Communicate regularly with LOTS customers via ROSIE
  • Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Engage in local prospecting activities including social media and door knocking
  • Handle inbound calls and close opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
  • Seek and promote Google reviews to enhance reputation

Candidate Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving license
