Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinician to join IHC West Tissue Viability Team in a permanent post as Band 6 Tissue Viability Nurse. This is a full time position 37.5 hours covering Monday to Friday.
This would be an opportunity for a clinician with a passion for Tissue Viability, and someone who would like to broaden their knowledge and skills in a supportive and friendly team. The successful candidate will already possess wound care and Tissue Viability knowledge and understanding.
The Tissue Viability Nurse (TVN) is based in Ysbyty Gwynedd. You will be working with a team of TVNs covering both acute and community referrals.
The post holder will implement independent nursing judgement, apply advanced assessment skills, initiate appropriate clinical interventions, evaluate outcomes, advise others and provide sound rationale for actions in area of tissue viability under the supervision of the IHC West Lead Nurse for Tissue Viability.
