Qualifikationen

• NMC registration is essential for practice.
• Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree at 2:2 or above is required.
• Non-medical prescribing and ongoing CPD are expected.
• Clinical skills course with evidence of diagnosing and arranging investigations.
• Registered mentor status or willingness to work towards.

• Coordinate care for tissue viability patients across settings.
• Provide assessment and form a clinical management plan.
• Coordinate referrals and liaise with primary, secondary, and voluntary sectors.
