Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a specialist tissue viability nurse to deliver expert wound management across acute and community settings.
You will provide advice, undertake complex wound/skin assessments and lead training in complex wound care while working in line with national guidelines. The post requires autonomous practice, strong IT literacy and excellent communication with patients, families and staff.
The post holder will provide specialist clinical expertise. They will be required to work in both acute and community settings. They will provide advice and treatment for complex wounds. Provide specialist education and training for complex wounds and skin integrity.
