Job Description:

Right Now Group are recruiting for a Time Critical - Relationship Manager at a leading Aviation organization based at London Gatwick.

The role is suitable for someone with experience working with vendors in a Time Critical / AOG capacity or a BDM looking to advance their career.

The successful candidate will manage and develop relationships, negotiate rates with global service providers, particularly within AOG/Time critical, On-board Couriers, Road, and Airfreight suppliers.

Location: London Gatwick (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000-£67,000 (Dependent on experience) + Commission

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30

  • Audit and update the global courier database.
  • Review and revise SOPs, operational templates, and courier guidelines.
  • Develop training materials and operational processes.
  • Implement support systems such as ticketing tools and customs agents.
  • Assess and expand the global RFS supplier network.
  • Create and implement SOP for RFS.
  • Negotiate rate agreements and incentives with suppliers.
  • Evaluate and grow the global airfreight supplier base.
  • Develop commercial agreements and incentives.
  • Support global cargo teams operationally and commercially.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.

  • Strong understanding of the freight/cargo industry.

  • Experience in key account management, tender processes, and customer service.
