Job summary

BSW Group invites applications for a Full-time Production Operator at our Dalbeattie Sawmill. You will contribute to creating quality timber products on time and to specification, performing manual timber handling and operating sawmilling machinery.

No experience required as full training is provided; we value motivated, hardworking, and quality-focused individuals with good communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Motivated, hardworking, and quality-focused.
• Flexible to maximise operations and meet targets with minimal wastage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Appreciation of quality and Health & Safety.
• Willingness to undertake training.
• Experience in manufacturing helpful but not essential.
• Full driving licence preferred but not essential.
