Job summary

Glennon Brothers is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to develop trusted relationships with existing customers, manage repeat business, and ensure a seamless order journey from enquiry to delivery. You will work closely with production and internal teams to convert requirements into on-time solutions.

The role offers exposure to commercial decision-making and a platform for development within sales or wider commercial functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured, sales-driven environments (B2B preferred).
• Able to meet targets and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• CRM familiarity for logging customer and market information.
• Willingness to travel to other sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop repeat business with an established customer base.
• Process orders accurately with correct product, pricing, delivery.
• Use CRM/ERP to provide insights and improve service.
• Coordinate requirements with production and internal teams.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Support day-to-day office administration and sales reporting.
