Timber Frame Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Timber Frame Designer to join our team within Vistry Works, to be based at our factory in Warrington or Coalville, East Midlands. As our Timber Frame Designer, you will be responsible for the preparation, design and coordination of both new closed and open panel timber frame designs and Building Information Models. Working in conjunction with external teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality designs that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and design timber frame structures.
2. Coordinate with external teams for project execution.
3. Develop Building Information Models.
4. Ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience in timber frame design.
3. Proficiency in CAD software and Building Information Modeling.
