Job summary

Wooden Assembly in Redditch is seeking experienced timber frame operatives to join a well-established manufacturing team. You will assemble timber roof trusses, wall panels, and other components to exact specifications, reading technical drawings and production plans with care and precision.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in timber frame assembly, woodworking, manufacturing, or a similar role.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team.
• A valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble timber roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles to specification.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans accurately.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
