Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is offering an Apprentice Tiler position to work alongside experienced tilers on residential, commercial and industrial sites. You'll learn installing wall and floor tiles through on-site training and one day per week at college.

The role emphasizes practical skills, safety, and teamwork, with progression to qualified tiler and specialist tiler pathways after completing the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths are desirable.
• Genuine interest in construction and tiling.
• Commitment to completing an apprenticeship programme.
• CSCS apprentice card obtained during the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing walls and floors for tiling.
• Measure and mark out surfaces accurately.
• Cut tiles using hand and power tools.
• Mix and apply adhesives and grout.
• Lay wall and floor tiles to a high standard under supervision.
• Remove old tiles and prepare surfaces for new installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Always follow health and safety procedures.
• Attend college or training sessions as required and complete coursework.
