The merchant acquisition and incubation team in TikTok Shop UK aims to attract and onboard sellers, nurturing them to growth through scaling initiatives.

About the role:

The Seller Incentive Strategy Manager will develop, implement, and manage incentive programs to enhance seller performance and engagement. The role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales and motivation techniques.

Responsibilities:
  1. Incentive Program Development: Design and develop incentive programs aligned with business goals, including segmentation, lifecycle management, and A/B testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration.
  2. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve programs; monitor and adjust programs based on data.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with finance, product, and marketing teams; communicate program details to stakeholders.
  4. Budget Management: Manage incentive program budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance.
  5. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure programs comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
  6. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on program performance; maintain detailed documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:
