About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO to support all aspects of Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including warehouse operations, solutions, business development, and e-commerce to ensure smooth execution and alignment of FBT projects and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring FBT-related projects and operational tasks.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams (e.g., FBT Ops, BD, Solutions) and external partners.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics.
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in FBT workflows and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support process improvements and standardization efforts related to FBT operations.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage data collection and analysis to support decision-making for FBT initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards within FBT projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably within logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of fulfillment processes, especially involving third-party logistics (3PL) and FBT models.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and MS Office suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Chinese, able to work in Chinese (speaking and writing) with central teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with FBT or similar fulfillment operations or 3PL operations.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop E-commerce.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proactive attitude with initiative to drive projects forward.
