A leading e-commerce company based in Manchester seeks a TikTok Shop Manager to oversee social commerce strategies within their nutrition brand. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in e-commerce and 2 years in a management role, particularly with TikTok Shop. Job Title: TikTok Shop Manager

Reporting to: Head of Ecommerce - THG Nutrition

Responsibilities include:
  1. Create and execute TikTok and TikTok Shop activation plans to drive brand awareness and sales.
  2. Develop TikTok content strategy, collaborating with brand teams to build trend-responsive content and optimize product placements.
  3. Work with Product, Trading, and Marketing teams to develop cohesive strategies.
  4. Leverage user-generated content and influencer collaborations to build a strong brand community.
  5. Optimize the TikTok Shop customer journey for better conversion and basket metrics.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
Skills and Experience Needed:
  1. Proven experience in social and e-commerce (4+ years).
  2. At least 2 years in a middle management role.
  3. Experience managing TikTok Shop or similar platforms (2+ years).
  4. Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
  5. Creative with the ability to produce engaging short-form videos and images.
  6. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  7. Knowledge of current e-commerce and social commerce trends, especially in nutrition/wellbeing sectors.
