The TikTok Shop Manager is at the heart of our e-commerce success, combining strategic vision with hands-on commercial execution to maximise growth. From optimising listings to collaborating with creators for epic live streams, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things TikTok Shop. We need someone who can mix creativity with data-driven decisions—because let’s be real, going viral is cool, but making sales is cooler. This role is all about crafting a winning shop strategy, optimising inventory, and delivering engaging promotions that captivate our audience. By leveraging TikTok's dynamic platform, you'll drive traffic, boost sales, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. From pricing strategies to data-driven insights, you'll keep the shop agile, competitive, and customer-focused—turning views into conversions and trends into revenue.
TikTok Shop Manager acts as a commercial service to our UK Squad. You will be essential in growing and building the marketplace, and defining the team around it. You will be supported by our Junior TikTok Channel Executive and agency partners but will be championing the growth across the business.
This role requires effective collaboration across your Squad, other Sales & Marketing Squads and in time, the wider business - specifically Supply Chain & BI Teams. You will be known for your growth mindset and your ability to visibly impact in-day performance and you will be developing into someone who can effectively handle the long-term strategic execution of commercial, digital marketing and brand strategies.
