Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics solution team. Together we can build a logistics platform that is an essential part of an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users.

1. Responsible for EU logistics solution design that incorporates both operating procedures and system functions that serve EU logistics businesses and operations expansion and improvement.
2. Facilitate EU logistics new services realization, which includes market research, gathering requirements, creating BRD and designing solutions, communicating with product & tech teams to realize the service and apply to the market.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to logistics operation, account management, governance & regulations, user growth, data analysis, and other related teams to design, implement, and promote the logistics service in the e-commerce environment.
4. Perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of e-commerce fulfillment business models and solutions in the EU region, propose improvement initiatives.
5. Continue to drive service upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the EU market. Contribute to the accumulation of our core logistics capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of logistics solution design experience in the e-commerce fulfillment or logistics industry. Cross-region and cross-culture work experience is preferred.
2. Have a good understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, domestic logistics, cross-EU logistics, and other related industries. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration, and system project management skills.
4. Able to think outside the box and take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Professionally fluent in local languages (German, French, Italian).
2. Experience of operations on EU carriers.
3. Logistics related product operation experience.
