We are looking for a Service Automation Prompt Engineer to drive model performance and SOP optimization to ensure continuous improvement in chatbots.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expand scenarios from traditional knowledge configuration to large language models.
• Tailor automation SOP based on business strategy and policy.
• Launch, release, and verify automation solutions in chatbots.
• Manage operation and maintenance processes.
• Monitor resolution effects and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with algorithm and product teams to enhance chatbot capabilities, including modeling and feature development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over one year of hands-on experience in automation workstreams.
• Experience as a Prompt Engineer and working knowledge of large language models (LLMs).
• Proven skills in project design, data analysis, communication, results-driven approach, and change management.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an e-commerce marketplace environment.
• Advanced degree or additional experience in automation/LLM fields.
• Experience collaborating with algorithm or product teams to extend chatbot modeling and features.
