Job Description:

As trusted partners, we proactively advise our clients of opportunity and solutions to exceed their expectations, securing future investment.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on TikTok Shop suite of advertising solutions.
  2. Consult for strategic partners on TikTok Shop Ads lifecycle from onboarding to scaling of Ads spend.
  3. Educate clients and internal team on TikTok’s Shop Ads Best practices products, platform updates, and best practices/optimisations to drive campaign success.
  4. Responsible for driving and progress reporting of GBS Shop Ads key commercial metrics such as Ad Revenue Attainments and profitability metrics.
  5. Develop scalable TikTok Shop media strategies as part of the integrated TikTok Ads solutions.
  6. Deliver and optimise partnerships with key XFNs to improve ROI of TikTok Shop Ads product suite, including PSO, Creative Ops, Measurement TikTok Shop Team.
  7. Partner with TTS on Shop Ads activation strategy for new TikTok Shop sellers, reducing time to activate on Shop Ads. Develop Shop Ads Activation Playbook.
  8. Develop internal tools, resources and training for Seller Enablement and upskilling of GBS org.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Experience within eCommerce and/or digital marketing in either sales/account management or client solutions.
  2. Ability to analyse data and identify insights, analyzing the status quo, planning strategies and executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.
  3. Strong organisational skills and demonstrated record of overseeing and driving strategic projects and programs that deliver high-impact results.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to influence at senior level and distill complex product optimisations into easy-to-execute client strategies.
  5. A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretched performance goals.
  6. Comfortable presenting complex analysis in a simple, easy to digest way to C-suite level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop organic, or/and paid solutions.
  2. Knowledge of performance media sales, marketing processes and technologies preferred.
  3. Experience working in matrix, and/or global organisations.
  4. Exceptional collaborators. Comfortable working with cross-functional partners in a fast-changing environment.
  5. Strong measurement knowledge, proven success in co-creation and implementation of learning agenda with Measurement/MarSci Partners.
