It brings together online sellers, buyers, and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive and manage account partnerships to ensure merchant growth and development.
  2. Develop and execute growth plans with merchants to achieve business targets.
  3. Collaborate with creator managers to produce high-quality eCommerce content & drive GMV through detailed collaboration.
  4. Work closely with key stakeholder teams to align goals and actions.
  5. Utilize data effectively to understand pain points and prioritize solutions.
  6. Deeply understand sellers' needs and capture their pain points, escalating internally when relevant.
  7. Design strategies to improve sellers' revenue growth.
  8. Utilize data proficiently to identify opportunities and prioritize solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in account management with a focus on category growth.
  • Expert knowledge of retail landscape, consumer demands, and e-commerce trends.
  • Experience using social media platforms, especially TikTok, in a professional capacity.
  • Fast learner with a good sense of judgment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and data skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proficiency in managing ads and paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (., Tableau, Power BI).
  • UK market experience.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to fast-paced environments.
  • Tech/e-commerce background preferred.
  • Knowledge about TikTok's TTS Model: Familiarity with TikTok's TTS model and the ability to explain its benefits to merchants.
