Location: Remote, the team is based in Ukraine and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop for the brand or clients, ensuring seamless integration with e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance product visibility and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging, interactive, and conversion-focused TikTok content.
- Launch and manage TikTok Shop ad campaigns, analyze their effectiveness, and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Assist clients with onboarding to TikTok Shop: training, account setup, and platform support.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues for clients, liaising with TikTok Support to resolve problems.
- Manage product listings: creation, updating descriptions, ensuring high-quality images, and maintaining price accuracy.
- Oversee affiliate and partnership programs, recruit influencers, and track collaboration effectiveness.
- Analyze sales, user behavior, and competitive landscape to develop growth strategies.
- Monitor trends, algorithms, and new TikTok features, implementing best practices to enhance TikTok Shop performance.
Requirements:
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms, particularly TikTok Shop or similar social commerce channels.
- Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, advertising tools, trends, and user engagement.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.
- Experience collaborating with influencers and content creators for product promotion.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a client-focused approach.
- English proficiency at B1+ level for client interactions and international partnerships.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in social commerce or digital marketing.
- Experience managing partnership programs and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in TikTok analytics and reporting.
