Eclat Cosmetics Ltd is a fast growing luxury skincare brand. Key Responsibilities:
- TikTok Live Hosting:
- Plan and host regular TikTok Live sessions to promote products and drive direct sales.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, respond to questions, and highlight product benefits to increase conversion.
- Sales & Shop Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the TikTok Shop, including listings, promotions, pricing, order fulfillment coordination, and tracking performance.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop short-form, trend-driven video content to promote our products and brand.
- Research and implement trending audio, hashtags, and challenges to increase organic reach and engagement.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor TikTok analytics to assess video performance, live engagement, and sales impact.
- Provide regular reports and insights to guide content and sales strategy.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align content and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
Requirements:
- Comfortable on camera with strong presentation, communication, and sales skills.
- Experience using TikTok Shop and understanding of live commerce.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and storytelling.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and customer service processes is a plus.
