Original Duckhead is a design-led, sustainable brand reinventing the umbrella. You’ll find us in Selfridges, MoMA Design Store, and retailers around the world, but our next growth engine is TikTok, and we’re investing in it now.
We’re looking for a senior-level TikTok Growth Strategist to lead our in-house channel, from content strategy and creator campaigns to trend leverage, analytics, and paid amplification.
This is not a content creator role. It’s a growth-driven, creative position for someone who has already scaled D2C brands through TikTok and is ready to build a high-performing, data-led engine from scratch.
What You’ll Own
A full TikTok growth roadmap across the UK and US, aligned with D2C targets
Hands-on content creation: concept, shoot, edit, and publish native TikToks
Creator program launch: build and manage 50–100 micro-influencers across key niches
Analytics and performance tracking: ROAS, engagement, conversion, trend velocity
Paid support: boost top-performing organic content with strategic spend
Studio leadership: help design and run our new in-house content studio
We’re Looking For
Someone who has scaled TikTok for a D2C brand, and can show the results
A creative executor with a deep understanding of content, formats, and trends
Experience launching creator/influencer campaigns at scale, with performance tiers and ROI goals
Someone comfortable with growth metrics: A/B testing, CTR, completion rate, conversions
Based in London and available on-site 3-4 days/week

A consistent pipeline of native, branded content that drives D2C traffic and sales
A scalable influencer engine generating high-ROAS UGC
Organic hits turned into evergreen paid ads
TikTok becomes a core brand channel, with measurable ROI
