Job summary

Artisan Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking experienced TIG Welders to join our workshop team in Swadlincote. This role involves the fabrication, fitting, and welding of stainless steel pipework systems. The position is initially temporary but has the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.

Candidates must have proven TIG welding experience and be comfortable working alongside pipefitters. Immediate start and competitive hourly rates are offered for this workshop-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working alongside pipefitters.
• Knowledge in process, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience with SCH10 and SCH40 stainless steel pipe.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and weld stainless steel pipework systems.
• Carry out both welding and pipefitting duties.

Skills

TIG welding experience on 316 stainless steel pipework

Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings

High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
