Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting for a TIG Welder/Fabricator in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The role is permanent, full-time, with a salary of £32,250 - £38,500 per year including shift allowance.

You will join a skilled production team, welding and fabricating high-quality engineered components while following safety and quality standards. There are clear opportunities for skill development, training, and career progression within a modern manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• TIG welding experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience with various fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilités

• Perform TIG welding to a high standard as part of the production team.
• Support MIG welding activities when required.
• Work from engineering drawings, technical specs, and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Maintain and progress welding qualifications and coded welding standards.
• Fabricate, assemble and finish precision engineered components.
• Complete grinding, forming and material preparation tasks.
• Assist other manufacturing processes as needed.
• Operate overhead cranes and production equipment (training provided).
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering and support teams.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to high quality.
