Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company in Sheffield. Starting salary from £34,320 rising to £37,011, with rotating days and afternoons, Monday to Friday, and overtime options.

Role involves TIG welding to tight tolerances, welding stainless steel and aluminium, and finishing components to high quality standards while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Progression with a supportive team is offered.

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a well-established and innovative manufacturing company based in Sheffield.

The Role

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds and finishes to exact specifications. Working with a variety of materials, you'll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• TIG welding to fine tolerances (±1mm)
• Welding stainless steel and aluminium components
• Grinding and finishing welded products
• Polishing components to a high-quality standard
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Maintaining strict quality and safety standards at all times

Working Hours

Rotating Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday)

Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00, Friday: 06:00 - 11:30

Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00, Friday: 11:00 - 16:30

No regular weekend working, giving you a great work-life balance.
