As a TiG Welder, your responsibilities will include;

Fabrication and welding various Aerospace & Defence components from Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Titanium.

Fillet and butt welds in thicknesses and combinations between to 3mm (occasionally thicker).

Manual torch brazing of aluminium and stainless steel.

Working to tight tolerances and deadlines .

Welding to Aircraft standards and specifications.

Maintaining a clean and organised work area as required.

Following all health and safety guidelines.

About You – Requirements

Proven experience in TiG welding. Aerospace or defence sectors experience will be preferred.

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative.

Legally authorised to work in the UK.
