Job description

My client is a leading manufacturer of materials handling solutions based in Cinderford, Gloucestershire who is now looking to hire a Welder / Fabricator to bolster their established team. The ideal candidate will have a background in TIG Welding, be experienced working with Stainless Stell up to 15mm and will be able to interpret Engineering diagrams.

You will need to be based within a commutable distance of Cinderford to be considered for this role.

• Undertaking TIG Welding processes, ensuring high quality welds
• Assemble and fabricate components in line with customers specifications and Engineering drawings
• Performing routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
• Inspecting finished products for quality assurance
• Operating hands tools and power tools throughout the welding process
• Previous TIG welding experience is a must
• A Familiarity with Stick Welding would be advantageous
• Experience Welding and Fabricating Stainless Stell from 1mm up to 15mm
• Able to ready and interpret Engineering drawings
• Based within a commutable distance of Cinderford

TIG Welder Salary & Benefits

• Hourly rate £16:00 - £18:00 per hour
• 31 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
