Job summary

Kinetic plc is recruiting a skilled welder for our North Manchester manufacturing team. The role focuses on producing high-quality TIG and MIG welds across mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with emphasis on precision on thin gauges.

You will read engineering drawings, work to varying thicknesses and positions, and maintain strict quality and safety standards. The position offers a day shift with overtime and a pathway to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience welding with TIG and MIG on various materials.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and produce quality welds.
• Experience in manufacturing/fabrication environments.
• Willingness to work day shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality welds across materials and thicknesses.
