Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join a busy Coventry fabrication team. You will weld to high standards on structural steel and construction projects, reading drawings and preparing components.

MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator

We are recruiting for an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join our client’s busy construction team in Coventry.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality welding work on a range of construction and structural steel projects.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
• Working with structural steel and other construction materials
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Preparing, measuring and assembling metal components
• Ensuring all welds meet required quality standards
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Working independently and as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding
• Previous experience within construction, fabrication or structural steel
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, hard-working and safety-conscious attitude
• Relevant welding qualifications are advantageous
