Candidate Requirements

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support within schools.

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

  • Deliver friendly, helpful support remotely and on-site.

  • Work with a wide range of technologies including laptops, tablets, cloud platforms, wireless networks, AV equipment, and more.

  • Collaborate with school staff, internal teams and external partners.
