We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our development team. Compensation ranges from £40,000 to £150,000 per annum, plus bonus and stock options, depending on experience, with opportunities for rapid progression based on performance. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London, for a Full Stack Engineer joining the development team and engaging with other parts of the business. The successful candidate will develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of a Next.js web application. Daily tasks include working with PostgreSQL via Supabase, building and integrating features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, and ensuring UI/UX feasibility. An interest in implementing AI via APIs is a plus but not essential.

Prior work experience is not mandatory for highly ambitious candidates with a strong academic record (minimum 1st class honours or upper second-class degree, or equivalent, from a leading university). Strong mathematical skills are required due to the complexity of litigation finance investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop front-end and back-end components of a Next.js application.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases using Supabase.
• Automate business workflows and internal processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Web development skills (Back-End and Front-End).
• CSS skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
• At least 2 years of IT development experience.
