We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our development team. Compensation ranges from £40,000 to £150,000 per annum, plus bonus and stock options, depending on experience, with scope for rapid progression based on performance. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in London for a Full Stack Engineer. The successful candidate will develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end components of a Next.js web application, interact with PostgreSQL databases via Supabase, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and ensure UI/UX feasibility. An interest in implementing AI via APIs is desirable but not essential.

Prior experience is not required for highly ambitious candidates with strong academic records (minimum 1st class honours or upper second-class degree, or equivalent, from a leading university). Strong mathematical skills are essential due to the complexity of litigation finance investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop frontend and backend components of a Next.js application.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases using Supabase.
• Automate business workflows and processes.
• Collaborate within a team of developers.
• Participate in code reviews and testing.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Backend and frontend web development skills.
• Experience with CSS and full-stack development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of IT development experience.
