Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust in Norwich is seeking a Band 6 practitioner to join the TIDES team, delivering evidence‑based mental health interventions to young people at risk of psychosis. The role combines care coordination with a split base between Hellesdon Hospital and Chatterton House, Kings Lynn.

You will join a supportive MDT, including clinical psychology, system therapy, CBT and practitioners, with regular CPD and strong supervision. Induction is thorough and ongoing.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse, Occupational Therapist OR Social Worker with the relevant professional registration
• Completion of Preceptorship
• Recognised Leadership/Management training
• Ability to travel independently

Responsibilities

• Care coordination of a caseload, working with the MDT to deliver NICE concordant care
• Thorough induction and ongoing support
• Join a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in psychosis pathways and CPD
• Work between Hellesdon Hospital and Kings Lynn base with flexibility
