  • Monitor ticketing data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring clean and consistent reporting inputs across all events.
  • Input and validate data as needed to maintain the integrity and proper flow of ticketing data.
  • Coordinate the delivery of KPIs, including data collection, validation, reporting and analysis - at region-wide and market-specific levels.
  • Build and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and reporting models to support the EMEA Ticketing Department and improve internal efficiency.
  • Streamline existing reporting processes to reduce manual work, increase automation, and minimise the risk of errors.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within datasets, translating findings into clear, actionable insights tailored to different stakeholder needs and levels of data literacy.
  • Support the touring and senior executive teams by providing timely, insight-led summaries and data outputs that directly inform commercial and operational decisions.
  • Build PowerPoint presentations and visual reporting tools that clearly communicate analysis, progress and results.
  • Manage a central repository of frequently requested data and reports, ensuring it is consistently updated and easily accessible.
  • Liaise with IT and Product teams to validate the ongoing integrity and evolution of key datasets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all divisions of the business-up to 20 different countries-building strong working relationships and adapting communication styles to suit varied roles and levels of seniority.
  • Represent the work of the Ticketing Analytics function by producing clear, high-quality dashboards, reporting packs and internal project summaries.
  • Work collaboratively with the U.S. Concerts Analytics team to align and continuously improve reporting practices across the business.

    Prior proven professional relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable ability in cleansing, collating, and managing large datasets. Able to work systematically through complex data tasks to standardise and validate information, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data to find trends.
  • Proven ability to interrogate datasets and extract meaningful insights; capable of clearly summarising and communicating findings to stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy.
  • Skilled at translating analysis into actionable recommendations that support strategic or operational decision-making.
  • Extremely competent in using the Microsoft Office suite, Excel and PowerPoint in particular. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in using MS Excel to an advanced level is essential. i.e. Capable of building scalable, dynamic models and tools using complex functions (e.g. nested formulas, array formulas, advanced lookups), data validation, conditional formatting, error trapping, and automation techniques (e.g. Power Query or VBA/macros where appropriate).
  • Demonstrable experience with a combination of query languages, data management and visualisation tools, ideally SQL, Databricks, Tableau and Power BI (other transferable data visualisation tooling or database coding languages would be considered).
  • Extensive experience in creating and issuing reports for a variety of end-users is essential.
  • Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English. Additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Previous experience of working in a dynamic business within the music, entertainment or live events industry would be of benefit.
