Job Description:

The Three Horseshoes is based in the picturesque rural village Morley in Derbyshire and is a well-presented open plan pub with a central bar, although there are designated areas for dining and drinking. The pub benefits from locals and also guests from further afield for its food for which it is well known. It also has a good sized car park and large garden which is a massive draw during nice weather.

Currently taking £11,000 per week, there is the opportunity to drive both the wet and the food sales in this already popular pub by marketing and introduction of events. There is a large beer garden that would benefit from family entertainment and BBQs.

The Three Horseshoes would suit an experienced food operator as the pub is currently well known for its food, ideally a couple – one front of house and one in the kitchen; however, this isn’t essential. Excellent marketing skills and a flair for social media would be an advantage along with a passion for exceptional customer service.
