Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking a threat intelligence analyst to produce and review high‑quality cyber threat intelligence across topics for client information requests. You will support weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences, and help automate analysis within the Recorded Future platform.

The role requires 1–2 years in threat intelligence, strong writing, and the ability to translate complex concepts into reports.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of threat intelligence experience.
• Strong writing ability demonstrated via sample.
• Ability to convey complex concepts in reports.
• BA/BS or MA/MS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience researching data across industries or multiple timeframes.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, and Cyber Kill Chain.
• Familiarity with threat intel tools like DomainTools, VirusTotal, SHODAN.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review finished intelligence reports addressing clients’ priority intelligence requirements.
• Engage with clients across report lifecycle: initial scoping, finished intelligence delivery, and follow-up review / support.
• Develop novel, automated, or simpler processes for regular research and analysis.
• Track cyber threat trends across industries and technologies, and generate better ways to do so.
• Work on projects across multiple research teams with sometimes tight deadlines.
