The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is seeking a Clinical Research Fellow to join the Lung research team within the Medical Oncology department. The post is a 10 session SpR equivalent Trust Grade post based at the Christie site and aimed at gaining specialist training in caring for patients with Lung cancer and participating in early phase trials.

• Attend outpatient clinics and undertake administrative duties for trial patients.
• Engage in clinical governance, updating protocols and audits under Consultants guidance.
• Participate in continuing professional development and annual appraisal.
• Assist with trial protocol development and literature reviews.
• Contribute to ongoing and new research projects within the unit.
