Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £15.25/hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
A private day school in Bolton, Greater Manchester. It comprises a co-educational nursery, co-educational infant school, single sex junior schools and single sex senior schools including sixth forms. Catering for 2850 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Mid morning break with full lunch offering including grab & go. There is lots of hospitality offerings at this location. Operating predominantly Monday to Friday with exceptions for events etc on some weekends. There is plenty of free parking in the vicinity of the school.
We are looking for a talented Senior Pastry Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Bolton.
You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen as a Senior Pastry Chef. Experience of making cakes, bread and pastry from scratch will essential whilst leading the production on all school cakes and desserts whilst offering a high standard of produce for hospitality and events.
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
