A prominent catering company in Hook is seeking a Chef De Partie to join their team. The role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen, focusing on fresh ingredients and a rotating work schedule. Chef De Partie | No late Shifts Hook Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £ 27,264 per annum
Hours: 40 per week
A co-educational private day and boarding school located in Hampshire. Catering for 800 pupils and teachers from nursery to 18 years. We offer a core feeding of breakfast, lunch, supper, morning snack & afternoon snack. There is a considerable amount of hospitality at this location. This is a term-time plus contract working 37 weeks plus 5.6 weeks holiday on top. This is a 7-day operation so working pattern will be 5 days out of 7. Additional benefit to this location is free parking on site.
Weekends on rotation working 2 weekends per 6 weeks
Shift timings 1030 - 1900
We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Hook.
You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
