Job Description:

Position Details: This position is for a personal assistant for a young lady with learning disabilities who can sometimes present challenging behaviours. The role involves working 21 hours per week on a four-week rolling rota, including one or two weekend shifts, not necessarily every weekend.

Shifts: Flexibility is required. Shifts are from 8am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm.

Responsibilities: Working on a one-to-one basis, supporting two ladies in the house with two staff members on duty at all times. Personal care is required, and a driver with a car (automatic) is necessary.

Team: There are currently seven staff members on a rota basis.
