Third Party Risk & Performance Specialist – Salary circa £55,000 (DOE)

Are you someone who is passionate about minimising third-party risk and driving risk oversight within a dynamic procurement environment? Do you love to collaborate with stakeholders and partner with them to ensure regulatory compliance? If so, this role might be perfect for you!

A bit about the job:

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take on the challenge of minimising third-party risk across the Aviva Group. You will be responsible for maintaining and embedding Aviva’s Procurement and Outsourcing Business Standard and delivering fit-for-purpose Group Procurement performance reporting to stakeholders. You will join the Group Procurement team, supporting the Group Procurement Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with essential reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Deep understanding of Third Party Risk and Governance methodologies and their application, along with a proven track record in planning, data analysis, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the development and maintenance of Third Party Risk Management Policies, Standards, and Frameworks in Financial Services is desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including communication & relationship management, with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in data analysis, MI production, Procurement Systems (e.g SAP-Ariba), and the ability to present complex information clearly and straightforwardly.
  • Ability to deliver appropriate actions and responses that balance risk, financial exposure, reputation, supplier relationships, and stakeholder requirements.

  • Salary circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
