Overview:

Fantastic opportunity with a flagship global retail banking organisation to play a key role in overseeing and managing the risks associated with third-party relationships to ensure services are resilient, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards, ensuring risks are managed within appetite.

As a Third Party Risk Manager,

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with various departments, and serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on third-party risk issues.
• Maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and tools for assessing and monitoring third-party risks.
• Engage stakeholders effectively, influencing and supporting third-party best practices.
• Ensure vendors and partners adhere to the organisation’s risk management policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and termination.

Experience:

• Good understanding of risk management, with a focus on third-party risk management in banking or financial services sectors.
• Experience with financial services risk management methodologies and tools to identify, assess, and manage resilience risks effectively.
• Understanding of third-party risk frameworks, including experience in evaluating vendor risks and controls.
