Third Party Risk & Governance Specialist (J691997) Leeds, England

Salary: GBP54000 - GBP60000 per annum + Generous benefits & bonus

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about minimising third-party risk and driving risk oversight within a dynamic Procurement environment? Do you enjoy working with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance across multiple markets?

This role offers a great opportunity to learn and develop, with experienced colleagues and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and embedding The Group's Procurement and Outsourcing Business Standard.
  • Delivering fit-for-purpose Group Procurement performance reporting to stakeholders.
  • Supporting Senior Procurement colleagues with reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Skills and Experience:

  • Deep understanding of Third Party Risk and Governance methodologies, with a proven track record in planning, data analysis, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining Third Party Risk Management Policies, Standards, and Frameworks in Financial Services is desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels.
  • Experience with data analysis, MI production, and Procurement Systems (e.g., SAP-Ariba, Coupa), with the ability to present complex information.
  • Ability to deliver proportionate actions that balance risk, financial exposure, reputation, supplier relationships, and stakeholder requirements.
