Your role

As a Third-Party Injury Claims Handler, you will be responsible for investigating and advancing liability injury claims to closure, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution to meet business objectives and customer service standards. You will support customers, brokers, and claimants throughout the claims process by following established procedures, case laws, and strategies. Your technical knowledge will be essential in resolving queries, making decisions, and sharing knowledge with others.

About you

You should have experience working within a Liability Claims department handling both injury and non-injury claims, with claims up to £100,000. Experience with EL and PL claims from a broad commercial portfolio is advantageous.
