Hours: Full-time, Permanent Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible working patterns available)

We are looking for an experienced Third-Party Claims Specialist to join a dynamic and growing team in Bolton. Key Responsibilities: Third-Party Claims Specialist

• Manage all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims
• Effectively prioritize and handle your claims portfolio
• Investigate liability by liaising with various departments and external stakeholders
• Handle complex cases, including high-value claims and liability disputes
• Work closely with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies
• Identify and refer fraudulent activity
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a smooth claims process

What We're Looking For: Third-Party Claims Specialist

• 2+ years of experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary range)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to build relationships with clients and external partners
• CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it, fully supported)
• Minimum GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
