Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Third Line IT Support Engineer to join a well-established organization based in Chatham. This key role within the IT team involves resolving complex technical issues, supporting infrastructure projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues escalated from 1st and 2nd line teams.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and service requests promptly.
3. Maintain and support server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
4. Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
5. Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
6. Ensure documentation is current and aligned with internal standards.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
