A leading rehabilitation facility in Birmingham is seeking a compassionate Therapy Technician to support individualised treatment plans for residents with neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and a proactive, caring approach. This full-time role will involve working closely with physiotherapists and occupational therapists. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, proactive, and motivated Therapy Technician to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at Hunters Moor Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Birmingham.
Our centre provides expert care and rehabilitation for individuals living with complex neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, and progressive neurological disorders.
As a Therapy Technician, you'll play a key role in helping residents regain independence, improve their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals. You'll work closely with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, supporting the delivery of individualised treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs. You will also be expected to work independently with patients following clinical guidance and delegation from the supervising therapist.
