Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Renal Nurse or a dynamic Registered General Nurse to deliver exceptional training and education to NHS customers across our therapy portfolio. The ideal candidate will have significant clinical and operational NHS experience, with a proven track record in planning, delivering, and assessing clinical training. Experience in Haemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis is advantageous; full training will be provided. A formal teaching and assessing qualification is preferred but not essential.

This full-time role involves working 37.5 hours per week, with variable hours between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. It is a field-based position requiring extensive travel within the Midlands and Wales regions; therefore, a valid, full UK driving license is necessary.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the development and protection of business through high-quality clinical training and education.
2. Develop and deliver clinical training to NHS groups and individuals, providing ongoing support to nursing and medical staff.
3. Maintain awareness of competitor products and activities.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key customers as per Territory Action Plans.
5. Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to align activities with the business strategy.
