Therapy Specialist Nurse – London & South Region

Are you an experienced Renal Nurse looking for a new challenge, or a dynamic Registered General Nurse aiming to develop a career in Industry? We seek a talented and highly motivated individual to deliver exceptional training and education to our NHS customers across our therapy portfolio.

If you are an RGN with significant clinical and operational experience within the NHS and a proven track record of planning, delivering, and assessing clinical training, we would love to speak with you. Experience in Haemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

A formal teaching and assessing qualification is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, working variable hours between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. It is a field-based position requiring extensive travel within London and the South region.

Role responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development of new business and the protection of existing business through high-quality clinical training and education.
• Developing and delivering added value clinical training to NHS groups and individuals, providing ongoing support to nursing and medical staff.
• Maintaining awareness of competitor products, services, and activities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers as per Territory Action Plans.
• Collaborating closely with the Regional Business Manager to align activities with the Territory Action Plan and overall business strategy.
